Acceptable Use Policy — AI-Generated Content

Acceptable use policy for Callirra, an All-in-one AI Video & Image generator
Last Updated: January 10, 2026

1. Scope

Callirra (“Platform”) is committed to providing safe, lawful, and responsible AI-generated content services. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all content generated, published, distributed, or stored through the Platform, and sets out our content standards, moderation, reporting procedures, and enforcement actions. All users, developers, and merchants using the Platform must comply with this Policy.

This Policy applies to:

  • Images: AI-generated or edited images and illustrations.
  • Video: AI-generated or edited video content.
  • User Inputs (Prompts): prompts and instructions submitted by users.
  • Reference Media: uploaded images, videos, or audio used as generation inputs.

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

The Platform prohibits generating the following five categories of content:

  • Pornography, violence / gore.
  • Hate speech.
  • Child-unsafe content (CSAM).
  • Deepfakes / impersonation of real people.
  • Content infringing copyright or trademarks.

2.1 Absolutely Prohibited — Zero Tolerance

The following will be actioned immediately and may be reported to authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
  • Technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
  • Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
  • Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals.
  • Any other content required to be blocked by applicable local regulations.

2.2 Restricted — Subject to Review

  • Violent content: only permitted with clear creative, educational, or documentary context.
  • Politically sensitive content: content that may be misleading requires review.
  • Medical / legal / financial advice: must comply with local regulations and must not be presented as professional advice generated by a human professional.

2.3 Generally Prohibited Conduct

  • Generating or spreading misinformation or disproven claims.
  • Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations.
  • Infringing intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • Deceiving users by passing AI-generated content off as human-created in contexts where misrepresentation could cause harm.
  • Bulk-generating spam or deceptive commercial content.
  • Jailbreak prompts designed to bypass Platform safety measures.
  • Attempting to circumvent rate limits, content moderation, payment controls, or security measures.
  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing Callirra access without authorization.

3. Content Moderation

Content is handled in layers: an automated screening check on every prompt, model safety checks, human review of reports and flagged accounts, and periodic review of what was refused.

3.1 Automated Review

  • Input filtering: Every generation prompt goes through automated screening before anything is generated. A clear violation is refused at that point — no task is created and nothing is charged. We do not run a separate local keyword filter, and uncertain prompts are allowed and recorded for audit.
  • Output safety: every image and video request defaults to the selected model's content safety check (nsfw_checker=true). On models that support it users can switch that filter off, but generating prohibited content still violates this policy and the model's safety rules still apply.
  • Usage pattern analysis: anomalous API usage and repeated policy violations are monitored.

3.2 Human Review

  • Prompts the screening service is unsure about are allowed and recorded for audit; only clear violations are refused.
  • Content reported by users, and accounts that repeatedly trip the checks, are reviewed by a person against this policy.
  • A refusal is a decision about one prompt, not a penalty: it never costs credits, and rewriting the prompt is always allowed.

3.3 Periodic Audits

  • We review which prompts and outputs were refused, and correct the guidance on this page and in the docs when a pattern shows up.
  • We do not sample or read generated media; an investigation starts from a report or from repeated refusals on one account.

3.4 Content Severity Levels

4.2 Reporting Principles

  • Confidentiality: reporter identity is protected.
