Switch generation engines in one click
Stop stitching together separate subscriptions. Callirra puts the top image and video models in one workspace with one transparent credit pool, so you can switch models without switching tools and only pay for what you actually generate.

New plan purchases renew automatically at the listed cycle price until canceled in Billing. Manual early renewal is a prepaid extension and stops automatic renewal. See the FAQ below.
If this page does not answer your question, email support@callirra.com.
No. Yearly plans still issue credits monthly, and the monthly credit amount matches the corresponding monthly tier. The yearly plan lowers the total price, but it does not pre-release twelve months of credits at once.
You need a paid subscription first: credit packs unlock after your first subscription and stay purchasable afterwards, even once that subscription has ended. Credit packs stay valid for 1 year.
Plan credits reset on the regular monthly schedule, including on quarterly and yearly plans; unused credits expire at that reset. Manual early renewal and upgrades have the exceptions explained below. One-time credit packs stay valid for 1 year from purchase and are used after your plan credits.
Yes. If a generation fails on our side, the credits are automatically returned. If you see a failed task that was not refunded correctly, contact support@callirra.com and we will review it.
You can see the credit cost before you run a generation. The exact cost depends on the model, resolution, duration, and preset, so the pre-generation quote is the most accurate source for what you will spend.
Yes. Payments are handled by established payment providers, and your card details are processed on their secure checkout pages rather than stored on Callirra.
Within 7 days of purchase, you can request a refund for the unused portion of your credits. Contact support@callirra.com to start the request.
Paid plans renew automatically at the regular price for your chosen billing cycle (monthly, quarterly or yearly) until you cancel. We email a reminder before renewal. Automatic renewal starts the next paid term; credits follow the monthly reset schedule and unused credits do not roll over. Buying the same plan early is a separate manual renewal, explained below.
Choosing Renew for the same plan and billing cycle is a separate paid early renewal. It adds one full billing term after your current paid term. Credits keep the normal monthly schedule: a monthly plan issues the next month’s credits when that month starts, while quarterly and yearly plans continue their monthly grants. Nothing is granted early, and current remaining credits and usage are preserved. This prepaid extension stops automatic renewal to prevent a charge before the extended term ends; you can buy again when it ends. It does not check an earlier payment: if you already paid, check Billing or contact support before paying again.
Open Billing in your account settings and click Cancel Subscription. It takes effect immediately — no email or phone call needed. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can undo the cancellation from the same page at any time before then.
Upgrades take effect immediately: once the payment goes through, the new plan and its limits apply, the new period runs a full term from that date, and any unused credits from your old plan carry over. The time remaining on the old plan is not refunded or credited, so upgrading late in a period costs least. Lower plans and shorter cycles become available when the current period ends.
Choose a plan that fits your current needs. Before upgrading, consider both the extra credits and features and the time remaining on your current plan.
Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made. After that date the account moves to the Free plan and its weekly allowance — every model stays available, so anything you could run before still runs, but downloads are watermarked again. Credit packs you bought separately keep working until their own expiry.
