The Half-Time Speech
A coach at eye level and one nod: the moment before a player stands up.

The prompt
A coach in his fifties crouches at eye level in front of one seated player in a changing room, one hand on the player's shoulder, speaking quietly; the player nods once, jaw tight, and looks up. The camera holds a low two-shot from the side at knee height, then rises slightly as the player stands. Fluorescent strip light, concrete walls, steam drifting from a doorway. Damp towels, scuffed boots, marker board. Muffled crowd noise through the wall and a door closing.

Why it works
A speech works on screen through listening, not talking, so the written action belongs to the player — a nod, a tight jaw, a look up — and the coach is described by the hand on the shoulder. Asking the camera to start at knee height and rise as the player stands turns the emotional release into a camera event. Ten seconds covers the quiet before the nod, which is where a speech actually lands.
Mode
Most cases are text-to-video and need nothing but the prompt. The ones marked "needs one reference image" are image-to-video: you supply a photo and the prompt keeps that subject or product locked while the camera moves.
